Carrie Ann, a famous photographer, hasn't picked up her camera since her father's death. Jeff, a trends analyst, is facing an uncertain future. When they meet, Jeff and Carrie Ann attempt to move beyond their own fears and disaffections and towards each other. Still Life is an impressionistic piece that centers around a group of fast talking, thirty-something New Yorkers looking for truth. Redemption. Hope. Under Milk Wood  | Open: 01/23/08 Close: 02/10/08 - Theatre 3
Composed in the final years of Thomas' life, Under Milk Wood is full of the supple turns of phrase and bawdy humor that are the hallmarks of the writer's most beloved work. Thomas populates his fictional town of Llareggub ("bugger all" spelled backwards) with unforgettable characters like Gossamer Beynon, a beautiful but sexually repressed schoolmarm, and Mr. Pugh, a downtrodden husband with a plan to liberate himself from his imperious wife. Over the course of the day, the town's inhabitants dream, love and sing through their lives.
