Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College (BCBC) continues its 2013-14 Target Storybook Series with Theatreworks USA’s Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 2pm. All tickets are $7 and can be purchased by phone at 718-951-4500 (Tues-Sat, 1pm-6pm), or online at BrooklynCenterOnline.org.  The performance is recommended for ages four and up.

Have you ever had a really rotten day? Alexander has. There’s no dessert for lunch, there’s lima beans for dinner, and worst of all, there’s kissing on television. It’s enough to make you want to move to Australia! Laugh and sing along with Alexander’s misadventures in this hilarious musical, featuring book and lyrics by Judith Viorst, author of the best-selling classic book.
