Imported from Los Angeles, The Needemann Brothers bring their hilarious antics to New York City at New York City’s premier cabaret theater, The Triad, 158 West 72nd St, 2nd Floor, on October 24that 7pm. Featuring never-been-seen material, and decades of popular song, the brothers promise a memorable evening of laughter and lunacy. THE NEEDEMANN BROTHERS are a two-man musical comedy cabaret act featuring Anthony Bollotta, and television and film actor, Jorge Luis Abreu, with musical direction and accompaniment by off-Broadway composer Rayme Sciaroni. The Brothers, who in their show, profess to having just returned from a successful International House of Pancakes tour, take audiences on a whirlwind tour of their own. Reaching as far back as their childhood days together, the show focuses on unforgettable high school experiences, previously unexpressed hopes, and unrealized dreams... like wanting to be Jewish, “just like all the other kids at school.” Quickly gaining recognition in the public and corporate performance arenas as the “feel good show of the year,” The Needemann Brothers break tradition by poking fun at contemporary stereotypes, themselves, and well, life in general. Their effervescent concoction of good old-fashioned brotherly banter, classic melodies, and musical parodies, (with a dash of surprise thrown in for good measure) bodes extremely well with audiences.
