New revue by the masters of improv and sketch comedy

Chicago City Limits Without A Net is a side-splitting evening of sketch comedy and improv. The show skewers the faces, places and events that rock our lives. Comedy sketches and songs take fearless aim at the Bush administration, immigration, public apologies, trans fats, celebrity baby collecting, and much, much more.

Chicago City Limits has been hailed as "Hilarious!" by the Daily News, "The Funniest Show in Town!" by the New York Post, and "Uproarious and Amazing!" by the Washington Post. The New York Times raves, "You have to go a long way to find a funnier comedy group!". Chicago City Limits Without A Net is the group's 32nd comedy revue since establishing itself in NYC in 1980. The show combines hard-hitting social and political satire with side-splitting improvisations, based on audience suggestions.

STEFAN SCHICK (improviser) has been a member of Chicago City Limits since 2003, first with the National Touring Company and currently with the Resident Company. Growing up mostly in Massachusetts, Stefan followed the classic path to a comedy career: studying biochemistry (the most hilarious of the sciences) at Brown University and then going to law school (the most hilarious of the utterly un-hilarious things to do in life). In addition to CCL, Stefan currently performs with the improv group Stray, and has performed with numerous other improv troupes in NYC at the Magnet, PIT, UCB, etc. He has appeared in several plays, sketch shows and short films in NYC, most recently in the 2-person sketch show Deluded at Ars Nova. Television credits include Cut to the Chase (TBS) and Criss-Cross, a comedy pilot that was purchased by A&E. Stefan also teaches improvisation, leads corporate workshops, slices and dices. He would like to thank his talented mentors and friends at CCL, his wife Aielleen and the rest of his family for all their support.
