Based on "Hollywood Ten" writer Dalton Trumbo's 1939 novel and adapted for the stage by Bradley Rand Smith, JOHNNY GOT HIS GUN tells the inspiring story of twenty-year-old Joe Bonham, a young soldier sent off to war only to return with life-altering injuries. Through this intimate production, Joe comes to terms with his new existence, the life he has lost and the human cost of war using his mind, imagination and memory.
