New Media Repertory Company, a 501(c)(3) Not For Profit theatrical organization founded in 1976 by actress, director and playwright Miranda McDermott, and multimedia artist and director Franklin Engel, has been nominated for the Rosetta LeNoire Award, the Audelco Award and the Paul Robeson Award, recognizing its support of cultural diversity and excellence in theatre. New Media is the recipient of grants from the Hunter College Liberty Partnership Program, The New York Community Trust, The National Heritage Trust, The New York State Council on the Arts, and Common Cents.

However, he must alter his lesson plan when confronted by more immediate issues on the inmates's agendas. TESTICULATIONS is a profound and gripping study of people, the prison system and our individual and collective conscience.
