Jasmine Holloway

Jasmine Holloway is a singer/actress who is making her first appearance with the Harlem Repertory Theatre in their 2013-14 season. Ms. Holloway’s love for musical theatre first awakened in the living room of her cousin’s home as she watched the musical ANNIE for the first time. She took her passion for music even further when she became a member of the touring Girls Choir of Harlem. While in college, Ms. Holloway became heavily involved with theatre by performing in various productions including STEPPING OUT, INTO THE WOODS AND LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. Jasmine was nominated for the Richard Maltby Jr. Award for Musical Theatre Excellence during the 2013 Kennedy Center College Theatre Festival for her performance as Chiffon in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. 

Ms. Holloway plans to continue her undergraduate education and training in musical theatre at Pace University, in addition to being a resident member of the HRT and other professional theater companies.
