Geoffrey Pomeroy

Geoffrey is an honors graduate of the British-American Drama Academy's Shakespeare Programme in London, and Skidmore College; where he studied: Acting, Music Theory, Play Writing, and Directing.
During his studies, Geoffrey received Skidmore's highly coveted "Periclean Scholar Award" for his work onstage.

After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles, where he appeared in many stage productions and independent films.  Shortly after his re-location, a re-kindled interest in music became a prominent focal point in Geoffrey's life.  He soon found himself composing music for the theater and scoring indie films...  One such film score eventually won him the award for "Best Original Score" at an independent film festival!
His band, Please performed extensively throughout LA, and has a very cool CD entitled "Broken Little Songs".

In January of 2010, Geoffrey made the move to New York where he could continue making poor "life" decisions on the East Coast.  Since his relocation, he has appeared onstage at The Abingdon Theater, PS 122, The Manhattan Rep., and The Player's Theater.

His theater credits include:  The Hostage, Arcadia, OD@C, Life Without Joey, A Cougar's Tale, How I Learned To Drive, A Thurber Carnival, MacBeth, Twelfth Night, Henry IV (Parts I & II), Waiting For Lefty, Henry V, Peace For Pot, Othello, The Immigrant, Bedroom Farce, The Zoo Story, The Provok'd Wife, Antigone, The Skin Of Our Teeth, The Trial, Oedipus, Jeffrey, American Notes, Edward III, Fiddler On The Roof, and Two Days 'Till Dawn.

Onscreen, his voice has been heard in the animated films Monsters Vs. Aliens and Over The Hedge.  Most recently, he appears as Steve in the internet series Death's Door, set to be released summer, 2011.
