Bill Drain

Bill Drain (George H. Jones) recently appeared at Theatre 3 as Dr. Adnan in The Awakening directed by Annie Ward.  Other theatre credits include Cassat and Degas (Edgar Degas), Andy and Edie (Fuzzy Sedgwick), and Soccer Moms from Hell (Schuyler Harrison III).   He has also played the leads in the Atlantic Acting School Directors’ Workshop productions of Arthur Miller’s The Price (Victor) and A View from the Bridge (Eddie Carbone, Bill’s favorite role).  His numerous independent film credits include the starring role of David Wilder, a former matinee idol, in And Then . . . written, directed and produced by two time Emmy-winning filmmaker Christopher Dalrymple.  He has appeared as a lead in the popular Nippon TV (Japan) show World’s Astonishing News as Tom O’Donnell, a charming con man - and murderer.  Bill is grateful to Dana Dobreva and the Zephyer Rep/Wings Theatre for the opportunity to participate in this production of Sophie Treadwell’s fascinating play, Machinal.
