Susan Kirby

Following a 20-year intermission during which she portrayed an editor at The New York Times, Susan Kirby returned to the stage last December as a 30++ chorus girl in Christmas Rappings at Judson Memorial Church. She studies singing with Woody Regan and sings in his workshop. She has studied acting at the University of Colorado, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and HB Studio, and with Gene Frankel, David Perry and Lenore Stefanik.
Susan has been appearing recently in a number of short independent and student films, including Love Under Glass, directed by Diane Ingino, and 69, a SUNY-Purchase student film directed by Mattson Tomlin.
Susan spent her college years in Boulder, Colorado, in the late 1960’s and early 70’s, and has had experience with all three of the topics of this evening’s program (an admission she makes thanks to the statute of limitations).
