Le'andrea Johnson
Le'Andrea Johnson (Loopy / Lillie Mae Understudy): is an incoming sophomore at Orange High School. She is a 15 year old honors student and has a strong passion for the performing arts. She has played the lead role of Dorothy in "The Wiz", and the part of Violet Beauraguard in "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." She was a dancer in "Fame! The Musical", the Christmas production "A Joyful Celebration", and the Easter production "Even So Come." Not only has Le'Andrea danced in productions, she has even performed with Rev. Eyesha Marabel at Times Square in New York. She has danced with In Motion For Christ at Christ Church in Montclair, NJ for two years and has danced with Bethel Baptist Church in Orange, NJ for five years. Le'Andrea is also a mighty tornado on the Orange High Marching Band, and she has enjoyed playing her clarinet for four years. She has also participated in All-City Band and Chorus for four years. She has enjoyed working with Mr. Cilmi, Ms. Abigail, and Ms. Carrie and she hopes to be able to work with them again in the future. Le'Andrea loves her favorite drama teacher and looks forward to working with her in many more productions throughout her high school years. Le'Andrea feels that she is well-rounded in the performing arts, and she has hopes and desires to make it her profession. She believes, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me!"
