Dana Jones as Aunt Cora
Born on December 29, 1985, Dana Jones (Aunt Cora) spent most of her life in Montclair, New Jersey. She realized her interest in the performing arts at a very early age. Throughout high school Dana was a member of the School of Visual and Performing Arts, and she was a member of the National Thespian Society.In 2002 Dana worked with DreamCatcher repertory in an original play called Brink of life. In 2004 Dana played young Dinah in an original play titled, The Other Side of Newark, by Enid Rudd. Dana's performance in this production was nominated for a 2004 Tony Award. Last year Dana competed in a Singin' New Jersey vocal competition where she placed 2nd in the musical theater category. Dana gave birth to a baby girl seven months ago, and currently is enrolled in American Musical and Dramatic Academy where she is working on a BFA in Musical Theater.
