Tom Berger

Tom's work as a director, choreographer, music director, teaching artist and performer has been seen all over North America in around 200 productions, give or take. He has been instrumental in the development of several new works, including A Stoop on Orchard Street (off-B'way, LA, FL, 1st National), My Sweetheart's the Man in the Moon (off-B'way), Cat's Cradle (based on Vonnegut, with UTC #61), Bordertown (RTC / Manhattan Rep), Kingdom (NYMF, recipient of the Outstanding Musical Award and member of NAMT) and My Catskills Summer (FL), amongst many, many others. Tom currently serves as the Artistic Director of (re:) Directions and recently directed the critically-acclaimed adaptation of Marlowe's Edward II and performed in Erin Smiley's production of Jones & Schmidt's Celebration. He is an active teaching artist in the tri-state area and is proud to call RTC home.
