Michael Licwinko
His play Cabrini-Greene (full-length) was produced by the Paul Robeson Theatre (Brooklyn, NY) in April 2006. Cabrini-Greene (one-act version) was a finalist in the Hinton Battle Theatre Laboratory's Reading Series (May 2005, NYC). Michael's full-length play, white lies, was produced in the NYC Fringe Festival and Blind Spot, a one-act, was produced as part of Theatre Studio's Playtime Series, also in NYC. His ten-minute play, The Golf Lesson, was a finalist in Camino Real Playhouse's ShowOff 2004 Festival (staged reading). He has written several other stage plays (six produced overall), three screenplays and a television pilot. He has directed several plays including Hot l Baltimore, The Gingham Dog and Four Dogs and a Bone. Michael earned an MFA in Playwriting from Southern Illinois University. He wants to thank everybody involved in making this production of The Greatest Story Never Told the pleasurable experience it was.
