LUNCH HOUR

Genre: Comedy
Heiress Productions revival of the timeless comedy to benefit Gilda's Club of New York City

Jean Kerr's Lunch Hour is a warm, witty play about a quirky young woman, Carrie, and a slightly stiff marriage counselor, Oliver, who discover their spouses are having an affair. To incite some jealousy from their cheating spouses, they stage an affair of their own. Will they be able to even the score or will they cause more trouble? Maura Farver directs.

Founded to raise cancer awareness and funds through entertaining and inspirational professional theater, Heiress Productions is proud to honor the memory of Gilda Radner, who starred in Lunch Hour on Broadway, by donating 50% of the net profits from its inaugural production to Gilda's Club of New York City, which was founded to provide free support to anyone affected by cancer and bears the comedian's name.
